Important Reminder

Beginning May 8, 2013, the Immigrant Visa Unit will no longer accept walk-in inquiries. Exceptions may be granted in case of emergencies (i.e., ageing out cases, visa correction requests, and expiring visas).

Applicants who need to submit additional documentation should proceed to the 2GO outlets at Robinsons Place Manila or SM Mall of Asia. Alternatively, the documentation may be sent to the U.S. Embassy via any branch of 2GO courier service (Attn: Immigrant Visa Unit) together with a copy of our 221g refusal letter (MNL-IV-22A).

Returning resident applicants, however, may continue to submit completed returning resident application forms at Window 38 every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. For more information on the Returning Resident process, click here.

    Just want to know if the visas of my kids will already in process. On May 23, 2013 my husband received a 221g refusal letter about the growing up photos of my kids. My husband already forwarded it that day the said documents to 2go courier and received it on May 24, 2013 at Consular Office. Am so worried because its already 1week, till now no result for their visa. This is our MNL case #MNL2012740099. Please give me a feedback regarding this matter, so that if you already process the visa maybe my husband can pick it up till Friday morning on May 31, 2013, to rush him at cfo sticker. Because they already a flight ticket on June 2, 2013. Please am begging you.

  2. I just was wondering how long it usually takes for a Cenomar to be released from the NSO. What happens if 2-3 weeks pass by and nothing has been received by the embassy? Thank you.
