Beginning September 3, 2012, K (fiancée and K3) visa applicants are required to present a U.S. visa application deposit slip to pay the K visa fee. Before going to the bank, K (fiancée and K3) visa applicants must print the applicable U.S. visa application deposit slip and take it to the bank to pay the fee. There is an expiration date on the deposit slip. Bank agents will NOT accept payments based on expired deposit slips. Upon payment, the bank will issue a receipt. This receipt cannot be replaced. Applicants will not be able to schedule an appointment without the receipt number.
For complete instructions and to print the deposit slip, please visit our online appointment website.
To obtain more information about this requirement, please call the Embassy Call Center at 982-5555 and 902-8930, available from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Thank you for your interest in the VISAtisfied Voyager.
There is no need for you to get a U.S. application deposit slip. The need to present the applicable U.S. visa application deposit slip will take effect for individuals paying after September 3, 2012. Just bring the receipt with you on the day of your interview.
Good day,
I would like to ask if we can make payment through ASC or application Service Center since we will use personal check for the payment of I-130 petition. Actually we are going to send the I-130 petition to Phoenix lockbox but we are planning to pay the petition fee at Kodiak ASC. Would it be valid and possible to do the payments at Kodiak while the papers will be send to Phoenix

K nonimmigrant visa applicants must pay the visa application fee before they can request a visa appointment via the online appointment website or the Embassy’s Visa Call Center.
There are three ways to pay the K visa application fee:
a) Cash payment at any Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch
b) Online payment bill option provided by BPI to their clients
c) Online payment through Bancnet.
